May 22-29, 2009, Majestic Colonial Resort, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

This was a great trip for us. We met John and Denise, John otherwise known as TitForTat or TFT, whom we had only known via online and email communication. John and I are part of a slightly odd group of renegades that found each other in the blogging world. Collectively, along with Luke, Jason, and Yael, we refer to ourselves as The Canon. It was John’s suggesting to embark on such an adventure. We were all a bit nervous as we had never heard each others voices nor seen each other other than in a handful of emailed photos. I think all four of us would agree that it turned out about as good as any of us could have expected. We had great dialogue on a very, very wide range of topics. Here are a few photos of the trip.
